Stepter was taken into custody on Wednesday, March 22 in the 1400 block of Crain Highway, according to the Baltimore Police Department.
Detectives say that Stepter shot at a 36-year-old woman in the 3100 block of Baker Stree on Saturday, March 11.
Stepter has been taken to the Central Booking Intake Facility where she was charged with Attempted First-Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault, and numerous handgun violations.
